Some sources we particularly like to mention here. The following texts are the result of the knowledge acquired and give a concept for a framework of guidelines for Bahá’í social and economic development. The statements are written in English.

  • “For the Better Apartment of the World”, BIC (OSED), 2008. An analysis of the learning process that the approach of socio-economic development in Bahá’í communities occurs. It is the result of stimulating and supporting action, reflection on the process and the result, consultation, study, systematize the experiences, and training.
  • “Turning Point for all Nations”, BIC, 1995. A statement on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the United Nations, world leaders calling for decisive steps to the ability of the United Nations to strengthen coordination to be able to act to meet the challenges of the world after the cold war to cope .
  • “Religion and Development at the Crossroads: Convergence or Divergence?”, BIC, 2002. A statement presented at UN Summit on Social Development in Johannesburg and discusses the role that the religions of the world could and should play in promoting peace and unity in the world.
